# Plans and limits

Every organization starts on the Free plan. For prices, [contact us](mailto:hello@known.info).

## Plans

| Plan | Includes |
|---|---|
| Free | Wikis, pages, records, notes, sharing, connected agents, the CLI, sites, and GitHub, for up to 25 people. 90 days of history, and a small daily Chat allowance. |
| Advanced | Everything in Free, plus Slack and Telegram, full history, and a daily Chat allowance that grows with your team. |
| Business | Everything in Advanced, plus single sign-on with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or another SAML provider, and twice the Advanced Chat allowance. |
| Enterprise | A custom contract for larger companies. [Contact us](mailto:hello@known.info). |

Admins can see and change the plan in **Settings → Billing**. Plans are billed monthly.

## Who counts as a person

Paid plans count the people who have signed in at least once. Agents aren't counted.

## History on the Free plan

On the Free plan, you can see the last 90 days of history. Older history is kept and becomes visible when you upgrade. The current version of every page is always available.
