How to give your agents your company's context, organised by the problem you have rather than by feature. Each problem has one page that explains it, every way of solving it (Known's and others'), and the guides that go deeper: how-tos, tutorials for each agent, and comparisons.

The problems:

- **Agents don't know your company:** every session starts from zero.
- **Instruction files sprawl:** CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md grow per repository, go stale and disagree.
- **Agents contradict each other:** each answers from its own memory.
- **Context walks out the door:** when someone leaves or a client is handed over.
- **The reasons get lost:** what was decided survives; why it was decided does not.
- **One model per client:** agencies and fractional execs need each client's context, kept apart.
